SKILCRAFT® Out of service lockout safety tags communicate critical safety messages. Tags are made from 0.055" thick plastic and feature a reinforced brass grommet for padlocks. Accepts one (1) padlock per tag. Tag is striped red and white borders to attract attention and encourage compliance. PK = 10 tags.
